About this activity

Get picked- up in our one of a kind zebra striped safari jeeps and take the scenic route through the city centre. We continue on to our first stop for the sampling of fresh fruits. The tour continues to the ever beautiful and cascading Venus Estate Waterfall for some memorable picture moments and a refreshing mineral bath in the natural pools to the base of the falls. After a short hike back to the jeep, the trip continues through the town of Soufriere and into the worlds ONLY drive in volcano. At this stop, clients get a chance to cover themselves in volcanic mineral mud that leaves the skin feeling renewed. Rinse off and let us take to a local restaurant for a buffet lunch. Enjoy the local dishes, all while having a birds eye view of the majestic Pitons. Tour then finishes off with a scenic drive back to your resort or a smooth cruise back on a catamaran.

7:30 am Briefing of clients on excursion before departure and signing of waivers 8:15 am Scenic route of the city center along the road before first stop 8:50 am First stop is at a local farmer for sampling of fresh fruits. 9:30 am Second stop is on the outskirts of Anse La Raye for a 15 minute hike to River Pool Waterfall. Clients are again briefed before excursion. 10:40 am Clients take in West Coast scenery before making second stop. 11:00 am Thereafter they stop at is the viewing point in Soufriere to take out photos of the Pitons. Stop time is approximately 5 mins 11:30 am Fourth stop is the Sulphur Springs where clients can either experience the mud baths 12:50 pm Last stop is at a local restaurant, giving the clients an experience of local cuisine at its best. 1:50 pm Scenic tour back to resort

So glad we went

We had an amazing time today with Lucretia and Vern. It wasn't the best weather and our host Lucretia made it so enjoyable for everyone. We recommend taking this tour whatever the weather! The food stop such delicious food and everyone was so friendly. Finally they take you to the best spots for pics!! Highly recommend this tour

This is a MUST DO excursion

This was the coolest experience! Starting off we were driving through the different villages and the tour guide explained some fun facts about the area then we got to the hiking spot. We literally hiked through the forest and made it to the waterfall. We even climbed up a part of the waterfall to get some pictures. Then, we went to the volcano mud bath and that was such a cool experience. Your skin feels so soft after! After that, we had some creole lunch and it was incredible home made food. Delicious!! Shoutout to Lucretia (tour guide) - always was taking photos for us at every point, so nice and so funny! Ian (Safari driver) - he was so nice and really knew how to drive through the roads of st Lucia, definitely made it feel like a safari. Mr. Branch? (helped us climb up the waterfall and make sure the path was safe). They were all amazing and made our experience memorable! You have to do this excursion!!

Amazing experience!

My husband and I visited Saint Lucia on our honeymoon and decided to try the Soufriere Volcano Experience as an excursion. We were treated so well by Gem, Caroo, Branch, & Boom! We made stops along the way to try the local Rum and learn about local agriculture. Branch led us back to the beautifully secluded waterfall, and safely guided us up to the top of the falls. The water was relaxing and refreshing. Gem was more than willing to take photos of us experiencing everything! Branch gave us delicious fresh fruit to finish up. We then made the journey to the Volcano, where we were met with beautiful views of the pitons along the way. The mud bath was like no other experience, and left our skin feeling smooth! Our Creole lunch was private and delicious, and allowed us to get to know our other group members a bit better. The restaurant looked right out onto the Pitons and was so beautiful. Gem and Caroo are the dynamic duo!! We couldn’t have asked to be in better hands, and they were full of wonderful information about the beautiful island of Saint Lucia. You won’t regret this experience!

Amazing Day on St Lucia!

Lucretia, our tour guide, was THE BEST! While Ian, an expert driver, navigated the hairpin turns, Lucretia gave the history of the island, people, government, architecture, industries, and so much more. We had a great time at the beautiful waterfall, a delicious lunch, and rolled back the clock 10 years at the sulfur mud pits. 100% recommend this amazing tour! She keeps the conversation going and is fascinating!

Best tour in st lucia

Such an unforgettable experience. Lucretia was amazing guide teaching us about the island during our drive, taking us through the rainforest to the waterfalls and taking us to the volcanic mud baths. She was knowledgeable, kind, funny and made sure we all had the best time

10/10 experience

This was definitely a 10/10 experience for me and my husband. Our guide, Latricia was so informative and fun and so was our driver, Karu. We did this tour with 6 other couples which made it that much more fun! We went to the rain forest, where we got to swim in the pool (which was SO cold but def worth it for the pictures and it also has many benefits). We also got to meet boom, this cute puppy that’s there to guide your way to the waterfall. Afterwards we stopped by for some traditional creole food, which was an amazing experience with the perfect view, then we ended the tour with a mud bath. I have to say, mud bath was my absolute favorite. It has so many benefits!! We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends that are coming to sandals next month!
