This was a last minute booking and the company did not hesitate to include us the very next day. Our driver was Shaquille, he was on time and made sure we were had a good time. He made sure we had enough time at each stop on the way and went out of his way to ensure all we enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend using this company.
Our favorite part was how Kevin made sure he got us to all our sights early so we could have them to all to ourselves before the large tour groups showed up. It felt very exclusive and he made us feel very special. We also asked about some very specific souvenirs we were looking for. Kevin got our Whatsapp info and said he would be on the hunt. 2 days later he got exactly what we were looking for and brought it all the way back to our hotel. This was beyond customer service. He has a true passion for giving his customers the very best of what the island and her people have to offer.

Our guide Kevin, was second to none. Very friendly and eager to show off his hometown of soufriere. His timing was perfect in allowing us to enjoy some of St. Lucia's beautiful attractions without being stuck in long lines. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Kevin!
We were referred to Cool Vibes through a couple other local guys on the island, Jean-Claude and Billy. (If you’re looking to get on the water, Cool Vibes can round them up for you. Excellent) We did some boating with them and then they made sure we had a great land tour guy, Kevin. He picked us up at our resort and took us to Tet Paul Nature Trail, where their guide took over. After the tour he took us through a volcano caldera and to a geothermal waterfall. The temp was likely 90°F and we were 2 of only 6 people at the falls. Standing under a warm waterfall is WAY BETTER than standing under a cold waterfall. We rested in the pool and shared a cold drink. He later transported us to, and from, a different resort for some steel pan music. He was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp and very timely. The van was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. He operated on our schedule. No pressure, No problem. Island Time. We will definitely find Kevin the next time we are in Saint Lucia.
