Experience was so fun! The horses seemed healthy and well taken care of! Nice way to have a little fun but also relax as well.
I haven’t ridden horses in about 15 years so this was an amazing experience! My husband and I came for our honeymoon and he had never ridden a horse before and he loved it! The horses were such good-tempered. The views of St. Lucia we got while on the ride we’re breathtaking. I love that this is a family owned business. One of my favorite pets was having the 3 dogs who belong to the owners come with us on the ride. They were so friendly and made an already fantastic experience even better. Our tour guide was great. The food on the picnic was out of this world. I loved getting to ride the horses into the ocean. Definitely an experience I will never forget. I highly recommend this experience for anyone traveling to St. Lucia!
Booked this private ride for my wife and I as part of our honeymoon in St. Lucia, and it did not disappoint! We stayed at Cap Maison, which was only a short (and cheap) taxi ride away from the stables. I have basically zero experience riding horses and my wife has plenty of experience - we both had an incredible time! The horses have friendly personalities, our private guides were experienced/friendly/knowledgable locals, and the views were incredible. The picnic provided for our beach stop was a delicious treat, and the swim experience was unforgettable! If you find yourself in the northern parts of St. Lucia, be sure to visit here for an experience that will be one of the highlights of your trip to this amazing country!
Beautiful scenery. Lovely animals. My guide was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, even the dogs. I’d highly recommend.
Me a beginner and my wife a pro were taken to ride and our guide monitored me and let her loose a little bit more , so really good
An amazing experience from the scenic horseback ride itself to the sweet picnic! First, everyone at the stable is so friendly and welcoming - even the dogs who live on the property and will travel with you the whole tour! I was a little intimidated at first being as this was my first horseback experience, but my guide Tevin was at my side the whole time and gave me guidance and reassurance when needed. I will definitely go to Sandy Hoofs again when back in St. Lucia.
