IMPECCABLE AIRPORT LUXURY TRANSFER AND LAND AND SEA TOUR

We booked a round trip luxury airport transfer with Randy to Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa. Four of us were scheduled to arrive around the same time at Hewanorra airport in St Lucia. However, my husband and I got delayed 5 hours. I emailed Randy and explained that I wanted the other couple to go ahead without us to the resort, and that we would require a new transport 5 hours later. He promptly contacted me in Canada, and assured me that things would be taken care of, despite the unexpected delay in our flight. When my husband and I arrived in St Lucia, we were greeted by Randy himself, and the snacks, cold champagne and Piton beer in a beautiful luxurious car was just what we needed after a day and a half of travelling. Randy gave us a mini tour of the island as we traversed our way on the hour and a half drive to the resort. He even stopped for us to take pictures at a lookout of their capital Castries. We also did the Land and Sea tour with this company. It was a private tour with just our group as we drove around the island and hit places like Marigot Bay, Anse La Raye, Canaries and Soufriere, including the Toraille waterfalls and the Volcanic Mud Baths, and then onto a speedboat that took us to see the Petit and Gros Pitons (their famous mountains), and took us snorkelling at Sugar Beach. This tour included food and drinks (including booze). We were taken to a local restaurant in Soufriere for lunch, and it was DELICIOUS. You may want to take some snacks with you for the morning part of the tour, as the drinks were flowing freely, and we ended up buying some plantain chips at one of our stops as we got a little hungry before lunch. We even stopped to sample cassava bread which was scrumptious. In essence, do not hesitate to book this company for either your luxury airport transfer or any of the tours it features. Randy and the people he employs are top notch for customer service, and making their clients feel special. On the way to the resort I mentioned to Randy that I was interested in a Caribbean breakfast dish called "doubles" but I didn't know where on the island to find it, as it is a predominantly Trinidadian dish, instead of a St Lucian one. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Honestly, I thought it was lip service and that would be the end of it. A couple days later, I got an email from Randy not only telling me that he found a place that sells it, but he also told me that it was in walking distance from my resort, and he told me exactly where to find it and what day of the week. For those interested, it is sold every Saturday at a stand by KeeBees restaurant in Rodney Bay village. Those are the types of things that push this company a notch above the rest. Randy, you are a testament to the industry. Hopefully I will see you again in the near future in your beautiful home of St Lucia.

Excellent tour of St. Lucia!

The snorkeling and lunch experience in Soufriere was outstanding! Smalley and Edmund made for a wonderful day and gladly attended to every request. Highly recommend!

Land and Sea from cruise ship

This excursion is worth every single cent. 1/2 on land and1/2 on a pantone boat. Very interesting land tour with a fantastic tour guide. Then on to a fun boat tour of the island We felt safe and saw so much of this beautiful island I hope they keep the island clean and natural as it is today. Can not wait to return.

The best way to see St Lucia!

No words can express how professional Randy is! He communicates very quickly. a group of 10 of us booked is land and see tour and we are so glad we did! We got to see the island and experience the mud baths and waterfall and the icing on the cake was the local lunch. Excellent! I decided to contact Randy a day before our travel back to book a transfer for 2 of us and Randy was our Driver. His car was so clean and Randy was dressed sharp and crisp.

Amazing!!!

Randy and his team did an amazing job... Their service is impeccable and they were very accommodating... No request was too big or too small... They made it happen... Definitely made our trip memorable... 13 of us celebrating 5 birthdays... Plus did our airport transfers through them..
