Board one of our catamarans for a relaxing sail to Soufriere where you will head to Morne Coubaril Estate and embark on a hike to Sapphire Waterfall, taking you deep into the lush rainforest to soak in its healing mineral waters.

Begin with a trip through the 18th-century estate, where you will pass by a replica Carib village and the historic plantation house.

The nature trail enters the lush tropical rainforest and passes mineral streams and pools on the way to Sapphire Falls, a 35-foot mineral waterfall fed from the volcano. Relax here with some amazing photo opportunities where you will be offered refreshing seasonal fruits.

Once you leave this paradise your guide will escort you back to the estate for a delicious local buffet lunch.

After your hike to Sapphire Falls, sit down and relax with nature while enjoying a Creole buffet lunch at the Morne Coubaril Estate plantation house. Lunch is prepared using local provisions and vegetables grown on the estate.

We had the most fantastic day. The fun on this boat and the atmosphere was amazing. Even on route seen dolphins. I can not recommend this highly enough.

We booked this tour as first time visitors to St Lucia, and the tour was the highlight of our entire trip. It was well organized, we covered some geography, saw the stunning Pitons, LOVED the mud baths , and topped it off with an incredible dunk in the waterfalls! We also loved the opportunity to go for a swim/snorkel on our return back to the marina.

The catamaran was well staffed, and they were helpful, knowledgeable and fun! It was an exceptional excursion experience and well worth every dollar. Thank you so much for an unforgettable day.
