This was a last minute booking and the company did not hesitate to include us the very next day.

Our driver was Shaquille, he was on time and made sure we were had a good time. He made sure we had enough time at each stop on the way and went out of his way to ensure all we enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend using this company.

Our favorite part was how Kevin made sure he got us to all our sights early so we could have them to all to ourselves before the large tour groups showed up. It felt very exclusive and he made us feel very special.

We also asked about some very specific souvenirs we were looking for. Kevin got our Whatsapp info and said he would be on the hunt. 2 days later he got exactly what we were looking for and brought it all the way back to our hotel. This was beyond customer service. He has a true passion for giving his customers the very best of what the island and her people have to offer.

Our guide Kevin, was second to none. Very friendly and eager to show off his hometown of soufriere. His timing was perfect in allowing us to enjoy some of St. Lucia's beautiful attractions without being stuck in long lines. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Kevin!

We were referred to Cool Vibes through a couple other local guys on the island, Jean-Claude and Billy. (If you’re looking to get on the water, Cool Vibes can round them up for you. Excellent) We did some boating with them and then they made sure we had a great land tour guy, Kevin. He picked us up at our resort and took us to Tet Paul Nature Trail, where their guide took over. After the tour he took us through a volcano caldera and to a geothermal waterfall. The temp was likely 90°F and we were 2 of only 6 people at the falls. Standing under a warm waterfall is WAY BETTER than standing under a cold waterfall. We rested in the pool and shared a cold drink. He later transported us to, and from, a different resort for some steel pan music. He was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp and very timely. The van was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. He operated on our schedule. No pressure, No problem. Island Time. We will definitely find Kevin the next time we are in Saint Lucia.

If you are looking for an informative tour that teaches you about life on St. Lucia, book a day with Kevin. He was a great guide, with a clean and comfortable car. He was flexible with our schedule, and helped us support several local vendors. We learned a ton about the island and saw so much of it in a single day. Highly recommend!

Kevin is a wonderful guide through St Lucia. His car was comfortable and he was very accommodating. He gave us a great experience that helped us learn what life is like on the island. He took us to several local vendors who we could learn from and support. He also shared history about the cities that was informative and interesting. I really appreciated his flexibility with our schedule too!

We thoroughly enjoyed all but one event during our two days with Coolvibes and that one event wasn't enough to not give them an Excellent review! Kevin and his team were phenomenal! From the start of our conversation, prior to arrival, until the date we departed!

Some examples:

Event 1: Gros Islet Street Party: First, we were undecided about what time to go. Kevin made great recommendations, picked us up on time (8pm), had the drivers stay with us until almost 2am, was vigilant with the group of 40+ women who were mixing and mingling with the locals and all felt extremely safe!

Event 2: The very next day, picked us up at 8am (yes, after a 2am drop off) and showed us the Pitons, different sites, stopped so we could get snacks from the local store, personally did designs on our bodies at the mud bath, was our photographer and videographer (you all know how women like to take pictures) and more!

Event 3: This stop is what I would give a 3.5 out of 5. We had lunch included in our island tour. The restaurant was buffet style but only allowed 1 drink (juice) per person. When we asked for another one, they said we had to buy a drink from the bar. Then came back with more juice because they had actually run out but replenished. The food kept running out BUT AGAIN, Kevin to the rescue. He literally gave me a piece of fish off of his plate and tried to make me take it all and I refused because he had to eat too!

Over all, the experience was GREAT and I will be using CoolVibes for any client I send to St Lucia!

Great trip around St Lucia.
Went to Nature Park, Sulphur Springs and Waterfall.
A lot of walking and climbing up and down steps but staff were very helpful and waited for me as I have medical issues and find it difficult climbing steps trying to catch my breath but it was so worth it
